What to Expect When Receiving Your Order
Dialed Labs products ship via freight carrier due to their size and weight. Before placing your order, please review the following delivery time expectations:
Lower 48 states — In-stock items ship within 7 to 10 business days from our warehouse in California.
Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories — Please allow an additional 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
Once your order ships, our freight partner will call you to confirm a drop-off date and delivery window — you will never come home to a surprise pallet.
Curbside delivery is standard — your order arrives by freight truck with a lift gate to your front door or desired entrance point. White glove delivery and installation options are available in select areas.
Dialed Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the freight carrier. During the holiday season, delivery times can extend several days beyond the expected window.
Where Do We Ship To?
Dialed Labs currently ships from California to all 50 states and US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
